By the Way

My first week back on the program is complete and I followed the rules and I tracked and I even excersized (well once) but I really expected to be down one half or one pound at the most, since that is what the plan is designed for and I was down a whopping 2.8lbs! thats right- almost three pounds down in my first week! I am proud! I have to admit though its always easy in the begining. We will see how week two goes!
